TWO…count ’em…..TWO new beers debut in the taproom today….a grammar lesson…and MORE! Here’s the weekly PetSkull Brewing taproom update!
Last year we were presented with an awesome opportunity to be involved with some product placement advertising for an upcoming TV series called “Hood” and we are going to be hosting a screening for the pilot THIS FRIDAY from 6:00 – 9:00! Dan Davies, an internationally acclaimed award winning writer/actor/producer, and Fox Cities native who plays the main character, will be in attendance along with others from his crew for the showing!
“Hood” is a very funny TV show about a beer/wine/alcohol chugging and swearing priest who absolutely loves God and people!
Our Mad Lab Series beers are very small batches – roughly two half barrels per batch. In other words, they’ll go FAST!
Our Mad Lab Series schedule for February includes:
February 14 – Sour Cherry Ale
February 21 – Grapefruit IPA
February 28 – Pineapple Coconut Wheat
Other upcoming Mad Lab Series beers will include new beers such as a Kettle Sour Farmhouse Saison, Peanut Butter and Jelly Porter, and a Blood Orange Imperial Schnitzky!

Snow storms…deathly cold temps….glare ice….by Thursday at 4:00pm ya’ll gonna be ready for a beer…and a NEW one at that! We would like to introduce the Cup O’ Snow….a White Stout Infused with Two Rivers Roasting Companycoffee beans and Ecuadorian cacao nibs.
When most people hear “stout”, they think “dark” and “roasty”. But this White Stout gets it’s roastyness from coffee beans and cacao nibs as opposed to dark, roasty malts…and remains light in color!
